Hiking in the Veglia Devero Park
Enjoy pure trekking in the Veglia Devero Park, where green colour of mountain pastures is set off by snowy white mountain peaks. At every step you will be able to admire amazing landscapes with tree covered slopes, alpine lakes with crystal clear water, snowy mountain peaks and green plateaus. A wonderful nature that will surprise you!
1st day: Formazza Valley - Vannino Lake
Meeting with a local hiking guide at railway station in Domodossola and transfer by minibus to Canza in the Formazza Valley. Hiking excursion to Lake Vannino, dinner and overnight in a mountain shelter in the vicinity.
2nd day: Scatta Minoia - Devero - Crampiolo
Departure for excursion Scatta Minoia - Devero - Crampiolo, dinner and overnight in mountain shelter in Devero-Crampiolo.
3rd day: Devero Alp
A whole day to discover the Devero Alp and its nature! Excursion to experience the wonderful Far West scenery with unforgettable pastures and peaks over 3,000 metres a.s.l. Trekking among hilly landscapes and lakes, for sport's lovers there is the possibility to reach one of the many peaks which surround the area! In the evening traditional dinner to taste local products in a typical restaurant at the Devero Alp. Overnight in mountain shelter in Devero-Crampiolo.
4th day: Devero - Veglia
Excursion Devero - Veglia. In the evening transfer for Domodossola.
